When will I get my order?
Each piece is made to order, so it takes a little time to get it just right.
It usually takes 2–5 business days to create your item. Once it’s made, it’s on its way to you!
Estimated Shipping Times:
- UK: 2–5 business days
- USA: 3–4 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 5–15 business days
- Japan: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–20 business days

Where will my order ship from?
We partner with Printful, a global on-demand fulfilment service. Your order will ship from the facility closest to you—either in the UK, EU, US, or elsewhere—to get it to you faster (and with fewer emissions too!).
Will I be charged customs for my order?
Possibly. For international orders, customs or tax fees might apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in your checkout total and are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you’re unsure.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
First, do a quick check:
- Look for typos in your shipping confirmation email
- Ask your local post office if they’re holding the package
- Check with neighbours (or anywhere a sneaky delivery might’ve landed).

If your shipping address had a mistake and the order couldn’t be delivered, we’re happy to send a replacement—but you’ll need to cover the cost of reshipping.
