The name comes from spoon theory: the idea that people with chronic illness and disability have a limited number of 'spoons' of energy each day, and have to spend them carefully. We're always running low. We carry on anyway.

Incredibly comfortable, soft texture and Unique design! Got mine in large for a baggy feel and provides a softness I've been unable to find in regular retail stores. Definitely recommend!
I FREAKING LOVE MY SHIRT!!! 🥰🥰🥰 I got an XL (I'm female, 5' 8", and 250 pounds) and it is true to size. I have wide shoulders and it is the perfect width. It is also super soft and doesn't have the chemical smell a lot of new shirts seem to have (I may be wearing it at the moment, straight out of the box and unwashed 😆). I can't recommend the clothing and the company enough! I contacted them with questions before I ordered and they were very responsive and helpful. Plus the design is SO FREAKING CUTE!!! 🥰🥰🥰 Forty-million stars! 😁
