This is for you if

You know what we mean without explanation.

You've done the maths on whether that activity is worth a flare.

We speak spoonie

Designs that say the thing you're thinking but can't always say out loud. No inspiration. Just acknowledgment.

Made for flare days

Soft, tagless, and sensitive-skin friendly. Chosen for people who already have enough to deal with.

Built from the inside

We're chronically ill too. This brand exists because we needed it. We're in it with you, not observing from the outside.

Made in spite of. Not because of.

The name comes from spoon theory: the idea that people with chronic illness and disability have a limited number of 'spoons' of energy each day, and have to spend them carefully. We're always running low. We carry on anyway.

Rest is not a reward. It never was. You don't need to earn it. You just need it.

Cutlery Crisis is for the people who've heard every inspirational platitude, smiled politely at every 'but you don't look sick,' and have developed a finely tuned sense of the absurd as a direct result. They are not bitter. They are hilarious. There is a difference.
