cutlerycrisis.com is an online store powered by Shopify and fulfilled by Printful. We offer print-on-demand apparel, including t-shirts and hoodies, designed with compassion for individuals navigating chronic illness and neurodiverse experiences.

Products and Fulfilment

All products are made to order and fulfilled by Printful. This allows us to reduce waste and offer a wider range of designs and sizes. Please note:

• Product mockups may differ slightly from the final item due to screen display and production variations.
• Sizing charts are provided on each product page. Please refer to them carefully before ordering.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship to most countries. Delivery times may vary depending on location and demand.

• Average production time: 2–7 business days.
• Shipping times: Add 3–10 business days depending on your location.
• During high-demand periods, delays may occur.

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number. We are not responsible for shipping delays outside of our control.

Returns and Exchanges

Because all items are made to order, we only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

• You received the wrong item.
• The item arrived damaged.
• The print quality is defective.

To request a return or replacement, contact us at [your support email] within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We do not offer returns or exchanges for:

• Sizing issues (unless due to incorrect labelling).
• Buyer’s remorse.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, production may have already started, and we cannot guarantee cancellation.
